This Account Manager opportunity puts you at the centre of helping businesses find the right workspace while managing warm, qualified enquiries from first conversation through to completed agreements. Your responsibilities as Account Manager
Manage and convert qualified inbound enquiries
Understand client requirements and produce tailored workspace options
Coordinate and host property viewings and tour schedules
Negotiate commercial terms with landlords and workspace operators
Oversee opportunities from initial enquiry through to completion
Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and pipeline updates
What we're looking for in an Account Manager
Previous sales or client-facing commercial experience within property, flexible workspace, B2B services or a related sector
Strong negotiation experience with the ability to secure positive commercial outcomes
Experience managing multiple live opportunities simultaneously
Ability to build tailored proposals and recommendations based on client requirements
Previous experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and activity
This a hybrid working role (Lichfield office), with some London travel required.
