An account manager role within a company who are an international tech company in the ePOS space, the role will be managing major accounts in retail with a focus on upselling and cross selling.

In the role you will be responsible for: Nurturing key relationships by providing valuable advice and identify opportunities that are beneficial for all Acquire the needs and requirements of every customer Achieve quarterly revenue goals within your account base Plan and present reports on key account progress * Act as a key influence for marketing activities to the customer base

To be successful you will be: Minimum of five years' experience of key account management in software environment Track record of customer management and account growth Stable work history A highly motivated self-starter who is used to working as a team player * Customer-minded with strong presentation skills
