Account Executive, Growth - Figma Weave (London, United Kingdom)
Skills & Technologies
Job Description
Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We’re building the next chapter of AI-native craft and creativity - where technology and human expression meet. Figma Weave is a unified platform that bridges the gap between AI capabilities and creative skill, letting professional designers and creators harness the world’s leading AI models without sacrificing precision, expression, or soul. We’re building tools that help people move faster without flattening creativity - a platform where AI amplifies craft instead of replacing it.
We are looking for an Account Executive, Growth to own Figma Weave’s most important creative accounts globally- the film, tech, agencies, and consumer brands with the largest and most sophisticated creative organizations in the world. This is not a customer acquisition role. You will own a named book of large accounts, build deep executive relationships, drive organizational change, and be measured on your ability to expand Weave’s footprint across these accounts over time. You will be a trusted partner to the creative leaders shaping culture at the most influential companies in the world, and a critical voice back into Figma on what it takes to win at the highest level.
This is a full time role based from Figma's London hub.
What you’ll do at Figma Weave
Own a named book of the world’s most creatively-intensive large accounts - spanning entertainment, gaming, technology, consumer brands, and global creative networks—and be accountable for net revenue retention and expansion targets within that portfolio
