2nd Line Support Engineer - Managed Services
My client is a well established IT Managed Services provider with offices across the UK specialising in the SME market. They are after a proven Managed Services 2nd Line Engineer to join a small team in their Tamworth office.
As 2nd Line Support Engineer you will have a MSP / Services background and be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a customer focused fast paced IT Services environment. The 2nd Line Support Engineer will have a wide range of technical skills across Tech such as Windows Server, Azure, M365, Networking, Virtualisation, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, Firewalls, BackUp, any industry certifications would also be a massive benefit.
Alongside your technical ability it is essential that you are an excellent communicator driven by outstanding customer service. This is a fast paced ticketed environment so the ability to stay calm under pressure and remain focused is essential.
