Workday Functional Specialist, Group Finance

Adyen is looking for a Workday Functional Specialist to join our Finance Systems team in Amsterdam. This team is at the heart of Group Finance, responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling the financial technology stack that powers our global operations. We manage key applications like Workday Financials, Omnea, Coupa, HighRadius, and various in-house tools, and your primary focus will be on ensuring they all work together seamlessly.

What you’ll do

You will be responsible for scaling our internal finance processes

Guide projects end-to-end, from evaluating potential systems solutions to managing RFPs for new tooling, facilitating stakeholder decisions, and supporting implementation.

Proactively improve existing internal processes and develop solutions together with various teams, such as Controlling & Accounting, Finance Operations, Product, Payroll, and Reporting.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align regional and global requirements.

Support, maintain, and administrate Workday (and other applications) for finance globally.
