In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in leading workplace health and safety initiatives across our sites, ensuring compliance with occupational safety standards while promoting a strong culture of safety and risk prevention throughout the organization.

What you’ll do

Lead the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs across all sites

Conduct regular workplace inspections, audits, hazard identification, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Develop and implement safety initiatives, preventive measures, and corrective action plans to strengthen workplace safety performance

Facilitate safety orientations, emergency preparedness activities, fire drills, earthquake drills, and health and safety training sessions

Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-miss cases, and recommend preventive and corrective actions

Monitor compliance with company policies and government regulations including DOLE, BWC, BFP, PEZA, and DENR requirements

Maintain accurate safety documentation, audit reports, incident records, and regulatory reportorial submissions

Serve as Secretary to the Safety and Health Committee and provide recommendations on safety-related matters

Respon
