About the Role
We’re looking for a high-impact, commercially driven Senior Account Manager who thrives on building powerful relationships and growing revenue. Managing a portfolio of high-value national clients, you’ll play a key role in expanding partnerships, unlocking new opportunities, and elevating the performance of a market-leading service provider.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Relationship Leadership
Take full ownership of a portfolio of major accounts, ensuring strong engagement, trust and long-term partnership value.
Build and maintain high-impact relationships across multiple teams and decision-makers.
Act as the go-to commercial partner for senior stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint.
Lead strategic account reviews, insight-driven meetings, and performance conversations to drive retention and growth.
Growth & Commercial Delivery
Drive revenue growth across your portfolio through increased usage, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
Proactively uncover new business within your accounts and across the wider market.
Consistently hit and exceed targets across retention, account expansion, and new business conversion.
Use data insights to identify trends, risks, and commercial opportunities, shaping strategy to maximise results.
Market Insight & Representation
Confidently represent the business at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
Bring market trends, client feedback, and competitive insight into the wider business to support strategic planning.
Experience Requirements
Essential
Proven experience in B2B account management and sales, ideally within a service-led or technical sector. No industry specific experience needed.
Strong background in managing senior-level relationships and delivering commercial growth.
Experience working in field-based roles, managing multiple stakeholders and complex accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly organised with the ability to balance multiple accounts, pipelines, and projects.
