Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is looking for a highly motivated Residential Sales Manager / Lister to join our successful Jones & Chapman estate agency team in Wallasey.

OTE: £45,000 | Uncapped Commission | Career Progression | Company Car or Car Allowance

A Quick Look at the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for winning new instructions and listing properties for market while delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout.

You will

Build strong relationships with clients face-to-face and over the phone

Generate new business opportunities and win instructions

Conduct valuations and list properties for sale

Negotiate confidently and drive deals forward

Maximise every opportunity to support the branch Mortgage Advisor with appointments

Skills and Experience We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will

Come from a strong sales background (estate agency, retail, car sales, recruitment or similar)

Be confident generating new business in a target-driven environment

Be motivated by winning, closing and exceeding targets

Deliver outstanding customer service

Be resilient, positive, organised and detail-oriented

Have excellent communication and negotiation skills

Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)

Hold a full UK driving licence
