Parts Manager – Chippenham Salary: £40,000 Basic | OTE: £50,000

Location: Chippenham

Hours: Full Time The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and driven Parts Manager to lead a successful automotive parts department in Chippenham. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated parts professional to take ownership of departmental performance, profitability and customer satisfaction within a busy dealership environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock, developing the parts team and driving sales growth while ensuring exceptional service is delivered to both retail and trade customers. Key Responsibilities

Managing the day-to-day operation of the Parts Department

Leading, motivating and developing the parts team

Driving parts sales and departmental profitability

Maintaining effective stock control and inventory management

Developing and growing trade parts business opportunities

Monitoring departmental KPIs and performance targets

Building strong relationships with internal departments and external customers

Ensuring manufacturer and company standards are met

Managing purchasing, stock returns and obsolescence

Producing departmental reports and forecasts

About You

Previous experience as a Parts Manager within the automotive industry

Strong leadership and people management skills

Proven ability to drive sales and profitability

Excellent stock management and commercial awareness

Strong organisational and administrative skills

Experience using dealer management systems

Full UK driving licence

Package
