People Data Analyst | Fixed Term Contract Location: Leeds Salary: £40,000 Contract: Fixed Term (37 hours)

We’re working with a large, complex organisation who are looking for a People Data Analyst to join their team on a fixed-term basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data in a people-focused environment, turning multiple sources of information into clear, meaningful insight that supports better decision-making across the business.

You’ll work closely with HR and wider business stakeholders, bringing together data from a range of systems and translating it into accessible dashboards, reports, and analysis that help teams understand performance, trends, and areas for improvement.

What you’ll be doing

Analysing workforce and business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Designing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel

Presenting data in a clear and simple way for non-technical audiences

Supporting stakeholders to interpret and use data effectively in decision-making

Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong data quality across reporting outputs

Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes, including automation and efficiency gains

What we’re looking for

Experience in a HR Data Analyst or similar role

Strong skills in Power BI, Tableau, SQL and/or Excel

Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insight

Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills

A collaborative approach and interest in continuous improvement
