Remote | £55,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Our client is a fast-growing cybersecurity technology company looking for a GTM Engineer to take ownership of their marketing technology stack, reporting infrastructure and website operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with marketing, sales and external partners to ensure data accuracy, reliable attribution, effective automation and strong website performance.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage HubSpot (Marketing Hub & Sales Hub)

Build and optimise workflows, lead scoring and lifecycle management

Manage Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking

Maintain attribution, reporting accuracy and data quality

Support LinkedIn Ads and digital campaign tracking

Manage website updates, landing pages and optimisation

Build dashboards and funnel reporting for leadership teams

Maintain integrations across the marketing technology stack

Identify opportunities to improve automation, reporting and processes

About You

You'll ideally have

3-5 years' experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations or GTM Operations

Strong HubSpot administration experience

Hands-on Google Tag Manager expertise

Experience with conversion tracking and attribution reporting

Website CMS management experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience working within a B2B SaaS, technology or software business

Desirable

ABM platform experience

Looker Studio, Databox or similar reporting tools

Salesforce integrations
