Finance Manager

Equifind are partnering with a high-performing international real estate firm to recruit an experienced Finance Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a hands-on leadership role offering significant exposure across the business, working closely with the Financial Controller. You will lead a growing finance team, oversee day-to-day financial operations across multiple entities, and play a key role in driving process improvements and financial control.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Financial Controller and Finance Director with the preparation and review of monthly management accounts and board reporting

Oversee the day-to-day financial and accounting operations across the Company and Group entities

Manage the month-end process end-to-end, ensuring timely and accurate reporting

Lead and manage the group audit process

Monitor and maintain budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and working capital positions across international entities

Manage quarterly funding requests across projects and client entities

Ensure robust financial controls, processes, and procedures are implemented and maintained

Support the development and implementation of finance strategy initiatives focused on efficiency and risk reduction

Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies

Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, legal, and reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions

Lead, mentor, and develop members of the finance team, promoting continuous professional development

Maintain best-practice record keeping and document management standards

Support with ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives as required by the Finance Director and Board

Requirements

Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)

Strong technical accounting capability

Proven experience managing the month-end reporting process

Experience working across multi-entity and/or multi-currency environments

Desirable Experience

Background in real estate, financial services or professional services.

Experience using NetSuite

Experience operating within international businesses

Package Details

£75k-£95,000, depending on experience

5 days in office

Available to start in the 4 weeks
