Digital Data Analyst Up to £48,000 + benefits St James' Park, London (2 days a week in the office) About the role Digital Data Analyst role within a growing ecommerce business, focused on understanding digital performance and improving how data is used across the organisation. The role sits between ecommerce and data teams, supporting better decision-making through insight and improved tracking. What you'll be doing Building dashboards and reporting in Power BI Analysing ecommerce performance across traffic, conversion and customer journeys Delivering ad hoc analysis to support digital trading teams Identifying issues and gaps in GA4 tracking and data collection Working with engineers to define and improve tracking requirements Translating data into clear, actionable commercial insight What we're looking for Strong GA4 knowledge and understanding of ecommerce tracking Experience with Power BI and working with data models Background in ecommerce or retail analytics Strong commercial mindset and stakeholder communication skills Ability to identify problems and explain them clearly, not just report numbers Benefits The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £48,000, alongside a competitive benefits package.
