Job Description
Digital Data Analyst
London (Hybrid - 2 days onsite) Up to £48,000 + benefits
I am recruiting for a Digital Data Analyst to join a well-established, premium retail brand as they continue to evolve their data and analytics capability.
This is a key role sitting between ecommerce and data teams, focused on turning digital trading questions into clear, actionable insights that drive performance.
The Role
Analyse ecommerce performance across traffic, conversion and customer behaviour
Build dashboards and reporting in Power BI
Deliver analysis to support digital trading decisions
Identify trends and performance issues across the customer funnel
Work with GA4 and BigQuery to generate insight
Highlight tracking gaps and define requirements for data improvements
Partner with stakeholders across ecommerce, marketing and data teams
What They're Looking For
Experience in digital or ecommerce analytics
Strong GA4 knowledge (events, funnel metrics, tracking)
Power BI experience, ideally with DAX exposure
Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder communication skills
Ability to translate business questions into data-driven insights
Understanding of digital funnels and online trading performance
