Hyde is looking for a Data Support Analyst to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical and data issues, supporting users and improving the way systems and data work across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
Provide technical and data support for business systems and user requests.
Investigate data, integration and reconciliation issues and identify root causes.
Use tools such as SQL, logs and monitoring dashboards to diagnose and resolve problems.
Escalate complex issues to technical teams or suppliers where needed.
Support users with clear advice and practical problem solving.
Carry out data checks and reconciliations to maintain data quality across systems.
Keep accurate records, logs and documentation to support compliance and service improvement.
Work with colleagues across the organisation to improve processes and ways of working.
What we’re looking for
Experience in a data support analyst, systems support or technical support role.
Good working knowledge of SQL for data investigation and validation.
Experience of troubleshooting system, data or integration issues.
Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to solving problems.
Experience of working with cloud-based platforms such as AWS is helpful.
Confidence using support tools, dashboards or command-line tools would be an advantage.
A collaborative approach and the ability to manage your workload in a busy environment.
