A dynamic FMCG business is looking to appoint a commercially focused Finance Manager to partner closely with operational and commercial teams across the organisation.

This is a high-visibility role where you’ll play a key part in driving profitability, influencing commercial decisions, and helping shape pricing and growth strategy within a fast-moving environment.

The Role Reporting into the Head of Finance, you’ll act as a true business partner across commercial and procurement functions, supporting strategic decision making through robust analysis, insight, and financial challenge.

Key responsibilities include

Business partnering with commercial, procurement, and operational stakeholders

Customer profitability analysis and margin improvement initiatives

Supporting tenders, bids, and pricing strategy

Building financial models and commercial scenario analysis

Delivering insightful reporting and forecasting

Influencing decision making through data and commercial insight

Identifying opportunities to improve profitability and operational performance

Supporting continuous improvement across reporting and finance processes

About You The successful candidate will be:

Fully qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)

A strong commercial finance business partner

Experienced within FMCG, manufacturing, retail, distribution, or fast-paced environments

Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders

Strong analytically with advanced Excel and financial modelling capability

Commercially curious with a proactive mindset

Someone who enjoys improving processes and driving performance
