As an Assistant Manager you will act as a brand ambassador; engaging with customers, drive sales and always #Playasoneteam.

Responsibilities

You will support the Store Manager to inspire and coach the team

Lead by example to deliver excellence.

KPI driven and commercially aware of the business performance

Follow the performance management process alongside HR processes

Support with the smooth operational running of the store

Embrace high standards of visual excellence
