What is the Role

We are looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant, who is ready to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment. Our Administrative Assistants work independently while staying closely aligned with Senior Directors, Vice Presidents, and peers across the business. You take ownership, manage competing priorities effectively, and bring professionalism, discretion, and urgency to every task.

This role offers the opportunity to grow into expanded administrative and operational responsibilities as you build expertise and demonstrate strong performance.

What You Will Be Doing

Manage complex calendars for multiple leaders spanning Pacific to Eastern time zones, ensuring precision, responsiveness, and alignment.

Prepare, submit, and track expense reports accurately in Concur (required).

Handle confidential information with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism.

Coordinate internal meetings and scheduling requests across multiple stakeholders and time zones.

Partner with other administrative professionals to ensure smooth coordination across global teams

What You Bring

Experience: 2–4 years of administrative or executive support experience, ideally supporting senior leadership.

Highly organized and reliable: Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Effective communicator: Clear, profession
